Survive your Nightmares at Halloween Horror Nights

With October right around the corner, it can only mean one thing, Halloween season is nearly upon us. In fact, over at Universal Studios Hollywood, Halloween time will be from September 18th through November 1st. Universal Studios is known for providing the public with classic horror films such as Jaws, Psycho, and Frankenstein just to name a few. Now they are bringing the horror out of the films and into real life and putting you in the center of it all. Be sure to stop by Universal Horror Nights this Halloween season if you’ll be staying in a family friendly hotel near Universal Studios with affordable rates.

If you love to be scared, this is definitely an event just for you. This year, there will be six terrifying mazes throughout the park that all have different themes. If you are a fan of the Walking Dead, don’t miss out on The Walking Dead: Wolves Not Far maze. The maze will recreate iconic moments from Season 5 of the hit show. While you make your way through the maze, make sure the zombies don’t get you! Other themed mazes will be based on movies such as Insidious, Halloween, This is the End, and Crimson Peak. In addition to these mazes, there will also be scare zones that have various themes. When entering a scare zone, beware, as the monsters and things that go bump in the night will be roaming. You will also be able to ride on some of the attractions at the themed park such as Transformers – the ride, Revenge of the Mummy – the ride, Jurassic Park, The Simpsons Ride, and the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem attraction.
