This year, the Son of Monsterpalooza will be at the Marriott Burbank Hotel and Convention Center from September 18th through the 20th. Get your tickets to this spooky event before they all disappear.

At the Son of Monsterpalooza event, you will gain access to all kinds of behind the scenes information and entertainment. At this festival, you can screen movies about a variety of things such as a documentary on the world of vampires or the popular Masters of Horror. Masters of Horror is an hour long event that screens original horror shorts from some of the best filmmakers in the business. Other fun activities include a costume contest where the 1st prize is $600! 2nd prize is $400 and 3rd prize is $200. You can also attend interesting seminars such as the Art of Creature and Character Design in horror films. Ever wondered about how they make ghouls and goblins so scary? Now is your chance to find out. If costume design is your interest, don’t miss out on “Face Off”. A competition where some of the best makeup artists show off their stuff in a challenge to make the scariest creation. Want to try costume makeup for yourself? Join in on the Back to Haunt School event where you can learn tips and tricks from some of the best instructors from Cinema Makeup School.

Tickets for Friday, September 18th is $25, tickets for Saturday, September 19th is $30, and tickets for Sunday, September 20th is $25.
