With winter quickly approaching, it means that you can start enjoying all the fun winter activities that comes with the season. One fun thing that happens during this time is ice skating! Lucky for you, there are a number of ice skating rinks in Burbank. Read on to learn where you can find ice skating fun.

The Rink in Downtown Burbank is the best place for some outdoor, ice skating fun. Located right in the heart of Downtown Burbank, this outdoor ice skating rink is a great option for kids of all ages. Enjoy this festively decorated area with other decorations such as a nearby Christmas tree and fun Christmas lights. If you’re not the best skater, or if it’s been a while and you might need a refresher, don’t worry because The Rink even offers skating lessons! Lessons will be held every Saturday and are only $25, which includes skate rentals. After your lesson, stick around for the 10am public skating session that is included in the price of your lesson! Kids ages 5 – 15 years will have their lesson from 9am to 9:25am and adults ages 16 years old and older will have their lesson from 9:25am to 9:50am.

The Rink is opened every day starting on Thursday, December 14th and will run through Sunday, January 7th. The rink will be open daily from 10am to 10pm except on Friday and Saturdays when the rink will be open from 10am to 11:30pm. For just $10 you’ll get unlimited skating (no re-entry) and skate rentals are $6. If you have a little one, consider renting a bobby sled, which is a skating aid, for only $8. The bobby is a great addition for little ones who need help with balance. This winter season, stop by The Rink for some ice skating fun.
