A Day of Archery Near Burbank

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in Burbank such as the WB Studio Tour or fun comedy shows. However, for a fun and unique activity that you and your friends will be talking about long after your done, consider taking an archery lesson! This fun activity will transport you back to the medieval ages of tournaments where you can test your skill and luck. Check out some of these locations where you can enjoy archery.


Head to the Woodley Park Archery Range where you can enjoy one of their FREE beginners classes that is offered at this location. Beginner Classes are offered every Saturday from 9am to 11am. Additionally, beginner classes are also offered Wednesdays from 6pm-8pm. Be sure to arrive at least one hour early so you can get into the class as this is a popular activity! Children are welcome at these classes though they must be at least 9 years old and accompanied by and adult. Click here to learn more about classes and activities. Another archery option that is located near Burbank can be found at the Pasadena Roving Archers society. The organization has been around since 1935 and offers “First Time” classes for those who would like to begin their journey into the art of archery. The First Time Archers Class is open to everyone, of all ages. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. These classes are offered Saturday mornings from 7:30am to 10am. Walk-ins to this class are not accepted. Reservations must be made in advance. Additionally, while The First Time Archers class is free, if you would like to return for an additional class, it is $10 per session. Sign up today for a fun even the whole family can enjoy!
